Book Bits #10 begins a discussion of DRM.

In order to allow non-US customers to purchase an economical edition of our books without incurring the exorbitant international postage costs imposed by Lulu, we have introduced a new line of International Economy Editions. These editions may be physically printed in countries other than the US, thereby incurring much lower postage costs for many foreign destinations.
